Shipping Policy
At Sri Mahalakshmi Silks, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across India and abroad. Please read the shipping guidelines below.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping charges:
₹300 for the first saree,
₹200 for the second saree,
₹100 for each additional saree in the same order. -
Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 working days.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
2. International Shipping

International shipping charges:
₹1500 for the first saree,
₹500 for each additional saree. -
Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days (may vary based on courier partner availability in the destination country).

Customs duties and clearance charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
3. Express Delivery (If Applicable)
If express delivery is available in select locations, charges and timelines will be shown at checkout.
4. Courier Partners
We dispatch all orders only through trusted logistics companies such as FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, Ecom Express, or other reputed partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and correct address, pincode, and contact details at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Unreachable contact number

Customer unavailability
Refunds cannot be claimed for delays outside our control.
6. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility
If the customer is not available during delivery:

The courier may deliver the parcel to a security guard or neighbor, only if the customer has given prior instructions.

Once delivered as per customer instructions, the shipment becomes the customer’s responsibility.
7. Reporting Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered on the expected date, you must report the issue within 7 days.

Complaints raised after 7 days cannot be processed, and the company will not be liable for delays, loss, or non-delivery.
