Sri Mahalakshmi Silks is committed to making your returns and exchanges hassle-free and simple. You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving the package, and the process is absolutely free.
Preservation of Product: We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags and packaging. While you are welcome to try on a product, please take adequate measures to maintain its condition.
Returns for Pack Items: Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
Hygiene Concerns: In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns if it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Pick Up Facility: Send an email to online@srimahalakshmisilksdpi.com with your order number, bill number and the reason for return. We will arrange for the new consignment to be dropped off and the old packet to be picked up at your doorstep.
The new exchanged product will be shipped to you separately by our delivery partners.
In case of returns, once the product is picked up, we will process your refund to the original mode of payment in case of prepaid orders.
